The Belay Global Business for Mission (or B4M) network is comprised of businesses that provide expertise and growth capital to Belay Global projects to create sustainable businesses in challenging areas of the world.

Even with the best of intentions, traditional charity often extends cycles of dependency and limits opportunities for local people to develop skills that yield both dignity land long-term results. There are better ways to help people out of poverty.

In the B4M network, successful business owners and entrepreneurs help create meaningful jobs through Belay Global projects. Through the B4M network, Belay Global helps successful businesses in the west to bring dignity, income, and success to those living in some of the most challenging places in the world.

Belay Global assists the B4M network through its assessment process with local Majority World community leaders to identify greatest needs. Then Belay Global helps business professionals in the B4M network to work with these local Majority World leaders to devise strategies to bring about sustainable results. Such efforts ultimately address six majors areas of need: food, water, shelter, education, health, and income.

All of Belay Global’s B4M projects are selected after a thorough “collective impact” evaluation, meaning the projects have great potential for success and impact as a result of significant partnerships bringing needed expertise and holistic solutions. Being part of the B4M network helps your organization focus your efforts on solid projects that can bring dignity for people in need and long-term, sustainable solutions for whole communities.

Collecting data and measuring results consistently across all participants ensures efforts remain aligned and participants remain committed for the long-haul.

Consistent and open communication is needed across the many partners to build trust, assure mutual objectives, and create common motivation.

Creating and managing collective impact requires that all parties involved work with each other, becoming more effective through great partnerships.

All participants have a shared vision for change, including a common understanding of the problem or project and a shared approach to solving it through agreed upon actions.

Participant activities must be differentiated and at the same time coordinated through a mutually reinforcing plan of action.
